If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily either refund or exchange your item(s) as long as you contact us within 14 days from the purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sleeve packaging and, if a pure cashmere or silk infused cashmere pashmina shawl, the official Chyangra Pashmina Certified Label must also be included.
Pashminas & Wraps makes every effort to do vigorous and thorough quality checks before items are sent out to customers but if in the unfortunate circumstance a customer receives a faulty item we will happily replace this item for you or issue you with a full refund, including your postage costs.
We will refund postage on any faulty items that do not get exchanged up to the value of £3.99 (UK), £9.99 (Europe) & £18.99 (rest of the world). Refund on postage is not included on any other type of return or exchange. Any returned items whether faulty or as an exchange must be returned using Royal Mail’s ‘Signed For’ service for UK customers and the equivalent respective service for international customers. With all exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of Pashminas & Wraps sending the new exchanged item back to the customer.
