Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
GIFT EXCHANGES
For all customers that are purchasing for gifts, you now have the option of opting for a gift receipt at the checkout. This will allow gift exchanges to be made for upto 4 weeks from the order date. This is for gifts only and will allow the recipient to exchange for another colour. If you are not purchasing for a gift, please use the below returns policy as a guide.

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily either refund or exchange your item(s) as long as you contact us within 14 days from the purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sleeve packaging and, if a pure cashmere or silk infused cashmere pashmina shawl, the official Chyangra Pashmina Certified Label must also be included.
Pashminas & Wraps makes every effort to do vigorous and thorough quality checks before items are sent out to customers but if in the unfortunate circumstance a customer receives a faulty item we will happily replace this item for you or issue you with a full refund, including your postage costs.
We will refund postage on any faulty items that do not get exchanged up to the value of £3.99 (UK), £9.99 (Europe) & £18.99 (rest of the world). Refund on postage is not included on any other type of return or exchange. Any returned items whether faulty or as an exchange must be returned using Royal Mail’s ‘Signed For’ service for UK customers and the equivalent respective service for international customers. With all exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of Pashminas & Wraps sending the new exchanged item back to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items that have not carried out the returns / exchange procedure. To start, please fill out the required form below. Once submitted we will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the next step for returning / exchanging your item.
