Undelivered Orders

Our delivery estimation times are provided by our courier Royal Mail (DHL for international orders). These are estimations but all orders do usually arrive on time. In any case where it doesn’t you need to contact us at info@pashminasandwraps.co.uk and we will contact our courier on your behalf.

International orders all come tracked, so upon your order being shipped our system will email you your unique tracking number. If in any circumstance you need to contact us further you can do so by emailing us as info@pashminasandwraps.co.uk

Placing An Order

Place an order quickly and easy at Pashminas & Wraps. Our website is fully optimised for mobile and tablet ensuring an easy to use layout and quick checkout process.

To place an order simply click the ‘add to shopping bag’ button on the product page – you will be redirected to your shopping bag (here you can press ‘continue shopping’ and you will be taken back to the last product page you visited). Once at your shopping bag make sure you have everything that you would like to purchase and then select your chosen shipping destination. Upon selecting, you will then have all available delivery / shipping options available to you. Add any promotional code that you may have and proceed to the checkout.

Once you have reached the checkout you can either checkout as a guest or create an account. You create an account by ticking the option under billing details and enter a new username and password. Returning customers have the option to login on the checkout page or via the my account page. Returning customers will have all of their details saved and auto-entered into the checkout fields. New customers just require to fill out all billing details, an alternative shipping address if required and their debit or credit card details.

Once all details are filled in, press place order and allow 5 seconds for the order to process. Once complete you will be given an order number and confirmation email sent to your chosen email address.

Guest checkout

If you are in a bit of a rush or prefer not to set up an account we do offer guest checkout. Your details will be taken for the order but no account set up and no details including card details will be saved.

Setting up an account

Set up an account in just a couple of quick steps. Click the ‘My Account’ option at the top of the website and under ‘Register’ enter your own chosen username, email address and password. You can also set up an account at the checkout by ticking the ‘create an account’ button under the billing details section. Here, you simply enter a unique username and password for yourself and once you have checked out the email address you provided will be used as your chosen email address.

Once you have an account you can view all previous orders and save debit / credit card details securely.

How do I apply a promotion code?

Apply a promotional code that you have received quickly and easily on our ‘My Shopping Bag’ page. At the bottom of the page you will see a section where you add your code. Enter and press ‘Apply’ – If valid your code will then be applied and discounted to your order total.

Promotional codes are issued by Pashminas & Wraps and can be removed at any time.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes or offers.

Import duty & taxes outside of the E.U.

If you are a customer from outside of the EU then your order maybe subject to taxes and duty upon arriving at your destination country. Unfortunately these potential taxes and duties are out of our (Pashminas & Wraps) control and it is subject to your country’s respective policies on whether the goods being sent to you from us incur any import tax or duty. We make every effort to ensure that orders we distribute outside of the EU don’t incur any taxes or duties but in circumstances where they do, Pashminas & Wraps cannot be held responsible.

Returning or exchanging an item

We offer a generous 28 day returns / exchange policy. Simply get in touch within 14 days and we will allow an additional 14 days for you to send it back. Customers must get in touch within 14 days of the order date otherwise we refuse the right to accept the return / exchange request. Customers who buy during Black Friday, have the option of our extended gift returns offer until January 31st 2020 – this allows the customer or recipient of the gift, to return their item(s) for a gift exchange in another colour until the date stated.
